Warm Up : 5 mins of dynamic stretching

100m

- 25m Duck Walk

- 25m Soccer Kicks

- 25m Bear Crawl

- 25m Walking lunges with upper body twist

Interval Circuit - 40s / 20s Rest.

x2 rounds, Rest 2mins, repeat x2 rounds

- 10kg Sandbag Thruster

- Plank kick through

- 5kg Medicine Ball Slam

- Skier Squat ( x1 and 1/4 squat = 1 rep)

Warm Down : 10mins
