Warm Up

- Body weight squats, lunges, walkouts and dynamic stretching : 10mins

Giant Circuit

40s work / 20s rest

x3 Rounds total, 1 minute Rest between circuits

1. Mountain Climbers in High plank position on medicine ball

2. 20kg Sandbag Deadlift

3. Swiss Ball Jack knife

4. Renegade Row with x2 5kg Dumbbells, jump to squat and press over head

5. TRX Pull ups

6. 12Kg Kettle bell swings

7. 10Kg Sand bag Thrusters

8. 8Kg Kettle bell figure 8s

Warm Down : 10 mins dynamic stretching
