Warm Up 10mins 

15 min AMRAP : as many rounds as possible  

250m Row

9  Barbell Clean and Press

Cool Down 10mins

Tips: what weight to use?  Pick a weight that you will be able to complete the 9 reps but still challenge you.

A good starting point for girls 10-20kg, guys 20-30kg.

If you are finding it difficult to pace yourself - you can try 5 rounds as a goal - which would be one 250m row and  one set of the barbell clean and Press every 3 mins.

Try and add a round each time you complete this workout &/or increase the weight.
