Full Body Shred

This is a full body workout, designed to hit every muscle group and burn body fat.
All you need is one barbell or a set of dumbbells! The cats above are optional
6 exercises
6 reps
6 rounds
Set a timer for 3 minutes
Do all excercises in a circuit, minimal to no rest between exercises.
Rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes.
1. Deadlift
2. Bent Over Row
3. Front Squat
4. Lunge
5. Push Up
6. Sit Up
You should only have 30-40s recovery at the end of each round.
Weight to be used 15-30kg girls, 25-40kg guys.
If you have more than this you need to go heavier or increase the reps if you are limited by weight selection.
