Lets get sweaty and burn fat - fast!
What you will need:
1. Treadmill
2. Dumbbell / kettlebell or Barbell
3. Mat
Warm Up and Stretch 10mins
Set a timer for 7minutes, x4 sets:
a. x500m on treadmill
b. x10 deadlifts
c. x10 back squats
d. x10 sit ups
e. rest for whats left of the 7minutes
f. repeat sequence x3 more times
Cool Down, stretching, foam rolling (10 mins at least)
Weight guide: Girls 15-30kg, Guys 25-45kg
Running guide: 8-10km per hr pace depending on experience.
